Our Essential Gold Key Service is our basic home watch service. This entails a visual internal and external inspection of your home and property looking for obvious issues.

  • A detailed report will be provided following each inspection (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) with photos of any problem areas.

  • We will collect your mail, sort out junk, and notify you of relevant materials or bills.

  • We will be an additional point of contact for your alarm company, utility company, police, fire department, neighbors, and more.

  • 24/7 call availability.

PREMIUM GOLD KEY MEMBERSHIP

Our Premium Gold Key Membership includes all services in our Essential Gold Key Services plus these additional services with an annual membership.

  • 2 Post-storm inspections (we will conduct post-storm home watch inspections for added peace of mind)

  • 2 Periodic vacation drop-in inspections (call us if you are taking a vacation and we will add a home watch inspection while you are away.

  • Delivery package pick-up and signing (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.) Packages will be placed in your home.

  • Key hold services: Arrangements can be made to open the house, meet visitors, give keys, close the house, and secure keys.

Our Platinum VIP Concierge Services are completely customizable to meet your specific needs. We will coordinate and monitor services such as and not limited to:
